Home from Ohio!

Wow! We had a busy busy weekend! I met a lot of Zak's family members.. although I dont think I have everyones name's down yet! It sure is a big difference to have more than 10 family members in the United States now. :) Zak is heading to California tomorrow and I am taking off to Florida this weekend. We are all over the place! I will meet him out in California later in the month. We call our apartment a permanent hotel because we are never here for more than 10 days at a time. But its nice to have somewhere to come home to thats for sure.

It snowed a bit today in Pennsylvania.. can't wait to get to that 80 degree weather down south! This weather is nuts.

Will update more when our life gets more interesting.. =P

Finals, Casinos, and lots of fun!

Whew I have tucked another semester of school under my belt. Glad this semester is over, it was a tough one! We had to travel about 1-2 hours out of our way for me to take my finals at an approved testing center so Zak and I decided to make a weekend out of it! Conveniently there is a new casino in Bethlehem, PA where I needed to take my exams. We had a great time losing our gambling money! Ha ha. We didn't leave empty handed though, we brought a pack of cards back to the hotel with us! It was more fun hanging out listening to the live band at the hotel than it was at the casino, me and Zak played a long game of Rummy and enjoyed our surroundings. Even though we weren't too far away from home it still felt like a mini-vacation to us, it was great.

If everything had worked out as planned with our scheduling (it never does) we had a cruise planned in Europe that would have left yesterday, good thing we had to cancel a few months back because it looks like all flights in and out of Europe are at a stand still! Its weird how some things work out the way the do. We are heading to Ohio this week, crossing my fingers that I will be able to go to Kings Island... the weather report isnt assuring me that I will though!

Back from vacation!

We had a wonderful time these past few weeks down south, thanks everyone for making it so great! It was nice 80 degree weather here in PA for a few days but it has dropped down to the 50s again today. Zak and I were able to buy our first (well technically second) car today! We got a 2010 Honda Accord Coupe EX-L V6. It is blue and we love it so much! I was very sad to trade in our Equinox, it was such a great car for the past few years, but we were definitely ready for a new one!

We are heading to Ohio soon to visit the rest of our family! Hopefully I will get to go to King's Island for the first time. :) This weekend we have plans to catch a college baseball game, hopefully the weather warms up!
